the all-inclusive package provided very good food (i really enjoyed the variety). airport transfer was included, a convenient amenity. the heated pool was very good. there was also ok beach availability.
the resort is sprawling, requiring some walking between areas (something to consider for those with mobility issues).

Really good Service and Great Snorkeling
great service abundant marine life considerate staff
This was my second time visiting this resort. They manage it well. The service was great, including the Indian restaurant. Snorkeling was the main reason I decided to stay here, and it was great from the beach and the jetty. I saw an eagle ray for the first time. plenty of other marine life.
The cleaning is done superficially. You have the feeling that the room is dirty after the cleaning has been done.

The hotel features a large territory plus many swimming pools. There are a la carte and Swedish buffet restaurants. Excellent slides exist for both children and adults.

The staff is very attentive. They can't do enough for you. A complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the beach is available. The animation team and night activity are good.

The rooms are very large. The bathrooms are in need of a little updating. A great, powerful shower and everything worked fine .

The resort has a great beach!!! It is easy to access. Snorkeling the reef revealed fantastic live corals plus a huge variety of fish.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The bar team, particularly Walhed and the two Mohameds, were amazing at keeping our glasses full. There was no need to place towels on sunbeds, because it was already taken care of. I particularly enjoyed the snorkeling and the easy access to the beach.
The service in some restaurants seemed inconsistent.

The coral reefs are accessible within walking distance, fantastic. You do not need to take a shuttle to reach the sea. This makes snorkeling and diving very convenient. The hotel has easy access to every facility too.

The grounds are very well maintained and full of greenery. Access to all facilities is very convenient. There are many swimming pools and a wonderful aqua park for both children and adults alike.

The food was AMAZING!!! The chefs were happy to accommodate any special requests. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from, so there are options for many different tastes. The Italian restaurant's tiramisu was particularly delicious.

The service was really good from the reception to the restaurant staff. All staff members were friendly and professional. Special recognition goes to Mohamed at the reception. The golf car service to the beach was timely and greatly appreciated.

The room was nice and very clean, which helped ensure a comfortable stay. Cleaning services are very thorough. Rooms offer direct pool access, which the children found especially enjoyable. Each room is well-designed.

excellent snorkeling mediterranean dishes aquapark slides
i found the beach to be a highlight, it allowed for easy snorkeling and marine life viewing. the beach bar service was also excellent. the buffet offered diverse mediterranean dishes with many vegetable options. the aquapark, while not huge, kept my daughter occupied with slides for both older and younger kids.

superficial cleaning unfriendly staff
The hotel extends from the beach. A train runs up and down if you prefer a lift so that sounds acceptable enough
I arrived at the hotel and discovered my room was not properly cleaned. It was quite superficial. despite my complaints, the room remained subpar throughout my stay, which i found rather off-putting. also, the staff at one of the restaurants seemed quite stingy and rather unfriendly. They acted like i was asking for too much.
